- SHE REBUILD PROCESS IS A PROCESS WHERE THE BASIC UNIT OF TRUCK IS SELECTED AND IMPORTED FROM JAPAN AND INSPECTED & TROUBLE SHOOTED SINCE LANDED.
- MECHANICAL , ELECTRONIC & ELECTRIC COMPONENTS ARE REMOVED FROM CHASSIS ITEM BY ITEM.
- PLAIN CHASSIS IS WASHED & CLEANED. NEW COATING WILL PUTTING ON CHASSIS.
- THE UNIT WILL BE DISMANTLE THE COMPONENTS LIKE A LEGO SET, ITEM BY ITEM. PARTS WHERE THE LIFE SPAN IS LESS THAN 30% WEAR AND TEAR WILL BE REPLACE BY NEW PARTS TO ASSURE THE BEST LIFE SPAN OF THE TRUCK.
- THE MOTORS WILL BE TUNING AND CORBON BRUSHES ARE REPLACED BY NEW SETS.
- THE ELECTRICAL ITEM & THE ELECTRONICS ITEM CHECKED AND TESTED.
- AFTER PARTS ARE INSPECT AND REBUILD, IT’S WILL BE INSTALL TO THE TRUCK BY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLFULL TECHNICIAN.
